REFLECTION

            Gaining insights into the e-learning education approach through news blogging has deepened my understanding of news values and elements. Consequently, I am compelled to further explore the intricate components and values associated with news. I recognize that news differs significantly from other writing forms, embodying essential values such as accuracy, conciseness, clarity, and relevance. Functioning as a wellspring of information, news serves to empower individuals in making informed decisions and discovering valuable insights. It encompasses both factual information and subjective viewpoints, lending vitality and depth to each narrative. Acquiring knowledge pertaining to the factual nature of news values and elements has broadened my perception of news comprehension, emphasizing its multifaceted nature. This newfound understanding holds paramount importance, equipping me with the necessary skills to proficiently engage in news writing. In a professional setting, this knowledge proves instrumental in comprehending the essence of news values and its constituent elements, particularly in discerning the dichotomy between facts and opinions within news narratives. Moreover, I have come to realize the practical application of this knowledge in the learning process, fostering a comprehensive understanding of the distinction between factual information and subjective viewpoints.

Then, I focus on identifying new words, delving into their pronunciation, part of speech, Indonesian translations, definitions, example sentences, and synonyms. Afterward, I select and note down the key points, gathering my thoughts to expound on the topic in my own words. Following this, I organize the crucial points and my comprehension of the subject matter into a coherent paragraph. Then, I review the paragraph, emphasizing corrections in punctuation, spelling, grammar, and word selection, while ensuring sentence clarity and coherence. Next, I arrange my writing in the appropriate format, refining its structure and presentation. Lastly, I publish my essay on my personal blog, conducting a final check to ensure the format is accurate and easily comprehensible.
